Delivery Timeline
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 5–7 business days for most locations across India. Remote or hilly areas may take up to 10 business days.
You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order is dispatched.
Coverage Area
We ship pan-India via Shiprocket's logistics network, covering all major cities and most tier-2 and tier-3 towns. If we cannot deliver to your pincode, you will be notified within 24 hours of placing the order and receive a full refund.
Packaging
All spices are packed in food-grade, airtight pouches with a moisture-proof outer layer. We use minimal, recyclable outer packaging. Each package includes a batch number and best-before date.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at hello@machalspices.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
