Are your spices organic?
Our spices are grown naturally by small-hold farmers without chemical pesticides. While not all are officially certified organic, we carry lab-test reports confirming purity and absence of harmful residues.
How long do the spices stay fresh?
Most whole spices have a best-before of 18–24 months; ground spices are 12–18 months. Store in a cool, dry place away from sunlight in an airtight container for maximum freshness.
What makes Raja Mircha special?
Raja Mircha (Bhut Jolokia / Ghost Pepper) from Manipur consistently ranks among the world's hottest chillies. Ours are sun-dried and unblended — the heat, colour, and aroma are unmistakable.
Are the products lab-tested?
Yes. Every batch is tested at a FSSAI-accredited lab before dispatch. Certificates of Analysis are available on request by emailing us.
Ordering & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pincodes.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After that, if the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns process.
Do you have a minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value for retail customers. Wholesale accounts have a minimum order of ₹5,000.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Typically 5–7 business days after dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment. Remote areas may take up to 10 days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders above ₹999 ship free. Orders between ₹499–₹998 attract a ₹40 fee, and orders below ₹499 attract ₹60.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within India. International shipping is planned for 2025.

How do I apply for a wholesale account?
Fill out our wholesale registration form with your business details. Our team reviews applications within 2–3 business days.
What pricing do wholesale buyers get?
Wholesale pricing is competitive and tailored to your order volume. Rates are shared with approved business partners after application review.
Are bulk pack sizes available?
Yes — wholesale buyers can order 1 kg, 5 kg, and 25 kg packs not available in our retail catalogue.
