Returns & Refunds

Our Return Philosophy

We are committed to your satisfaction. Because our products are food items, we follow a strict quality-first returns policy. We only accept returns or issue refunds for valid quality concerns or fulfilment errors — not for change-of-mind purchases.

Eligible Reasons for Return / Refund

  • Product arrived damaged, broken, or leaking.
  • Wrong product delivered (different SKU from what was ordered).
  • Product is visibly spoiled or has an off smell on arrival.
  • Order not delivered within 15 days of dispatch.

Non-Eligible Situations

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Dislike of taste or flavour (spice intensity is subjective).
  • Partial use of the product.
  • Improper storage by the customer after delivery.

How to Raise a Request

  1. Email us at hello@machalspices.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product.
  3. Our team will review and respond within 2 business days.
  4. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Replacements vs Refunds

For valid claims, we will offer a replacement shipment as the first resolution. A full refund will be issued if a replacement is not possible (e.g. item is out of stock or the customer prefers a refund).
